Problem. When a Web slider became enabled, its accessibility attributes could retain incorrect initial values, leaving assistive technology with stale information.
Approach. Reproduce the disabled-to-enabled transition, correct the semantics initialization path, and cover the behavior with regression tests.
Evidence. Flutter reviewers validated the before/after behavior and the fix was merged into the framework on 4 November 2026.
Problem. In-flight asynchronous device events and pending handlers could resume after Dart Tooling Daemon disposal and trigger unhandled promise rejections.
Approach. Clean up subscriptions, protect post-await continuations, and write targeted tests for disposal races and service requests.
Evidence. Red-before/green-after reproduction, passing Dart and Flutter CI, and 95% Codecov patch coverage on commit 3329e02b. This PR has not merged.
Problem. After a scrollable list shrank, browser semantics offsets could stay stale: selecting the visually painted Row 4 activated Row 2 instead.
Approach. Reset stale DOM scroll adjustments when a node stops scrolling, then recheck semantic positions and hit testing.
Independent review. Flutter reviewer flutter-zl verified the change with before/after Web demos and approved PR #195578 on 3 November 2026. It remains open.
